Last year it was KIND.
We are still working on our kindness and may need to work on it forever.
For this season, teamwork means that if we don't do it together as a family team then we don't do it.
It means all doing chores together.
It means no competitive sports.
It means no play that leaves someone out.
It means spending evenings together. At home. Quietly and simply. Playing games or going for a walk. Or reading. Or baking.
It means doing a whole family (including Daddy!) activity each weekend.
It means (I hope!) a growth in connection and a decrease in aggression.
